Investing in a Service Agreement (also called Preventive Maintenance Agreement) extends the life of your heating and air conditioning systems and ensures that they're running at peak efficiency.

What this means is that the Service Agreement saves you money in the long run.

The cost of one emergency service can exceed the cost of your Service Agreement with VHAC. Our Agreements guarantee that our technicians will visit your home twice a year to inspect, test and tune up your equipment.

While these preventive maintenance Service Agreements cover maintenance only, you'll receive a 15% discount on any additional repairs that may be required, discounting both parts and labor costs.
